At Calm-ish Counseling, we offer individual, family, and group therapy in a secure telehealth setting. We utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy. We ensure to have a strengths-based and trauma informed care approach, meeting you where you are. 

 

Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering, focused on helping clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and live more connected, intentional lives.


Our future is fuzzy!

While we currently offer therapy exclusively via telehealth but we’re dreaming big for what’s next. In the near future, we plan to expand into a unique, animal-integrated therapeutic setting, with alpacas, gardens, walking paths, and open farmland for healing and connection.

Prefer traditional therapy with no animals? No problem, this will still be an option.
