What makes your approach to mental health counseling unique or special?
I maintain a down to earth and humanistic approach, utilizing humor and helping you to recognize your strengths.
Can you describe the experience a new client might have during their first telehealth session?
It is normal to be nervous during your first therapy session. You may feel uneasy about what you want to share but there is no pressure. You can share as much or as little as you want as we get to know each other better.
Do you accept insurance or self-pay?
We are in network with BCBS. Aetna is currently pending.
We always encourage you to verify insurance benefits prior to the session.
Self-Pay:
- Intake: $125/session
- Therapy: $100/hour
